"Noisy air exhaust fan in bathroom Aircon also noisey on low setting Room 201 is outdated and tired Smelt musty. Heavy condensation on windows and bed is immediately next too the window. Can feel the cold condensation. Overall, it was an underwhelming experience in #201 sorry to say. I’ve stayed at the hotel twice before, however I believe on those occasions the rooms were in the new wing which I’ve blocked the pool. On this occasion the room was in the older part of the hotel."

"I had a comfortable bed and a great shower. There was cooking facilities available and a microwave. It is a bit tired but right in town and a good location on a quiet street. Also well priced and spacious room."

"2 levels, if you require an elevator for access enquire directly to double check I didnt see an elevator. The room was nice but the TV wouldnt display (no signal) and I wasnt able to get it working. Called desk after-hours for assistance but gave up. I will definitely stay here again"

"Was at the hotel for a conference and stayed in house. The breakfast was really good and the staff were LOVELY. The location is fabulous, right next to Eat St and beside the lake. I really enjoyed my stay. "

"Staff friendly, helpful. Cabin was clean. Comfortable double beds. The 2x adults using the bunk beds found the plastic undercovers unpleasant & uncomfortable. Hairdryer was a welcome convenience."

"Needed a quilt on my bed as it only had a sheet so I was happy to receive a quilt and blanket. Heap pump is there but I dont use a heat pump. Staff are excellent, Room service excellent, highly recommend Tom Yum Prawns. Great hospitality. Booked for next month and a few of other Students have changed accommodation to Waiora so that's Word."

"The rooms are big with a lot of space. They are needing a good clean as in mild in the shower. Handles on the kitchen bench were needing a scrub."
