"1) they are NOT of any HI international standard. The Staff had check in, spoke no English and over charged us! There is no shared kitchen or even a microwave to warm up a meal. We are paying to sleep, and if you cannot sleep, then what is the point of paying being at a place???There were a rowdy bunch of 100 + boys! The staff, had no curfew to shut them up. there were so noisy and everyone screamed and shouted to each other and ran ruckus in the corridors of the buildings - from 7pm till 3pm.....

"Oh boy, what to say? The owner is very, very nice, and the place is right at the seafront, close to nice restaurants and the main sights in the city (it's a tiny city, though). However, it was very difficult to find, since it doesn't have a sign (is it a legal hospitality accommodation?), the public spaces are filthy and the private rooms, though reasonably clean, worn and in desperate need of renovation. "It was a great experience. The apartment is very nice, modern, and there are cafes and restaurants within walking distance. It was a great experience for us. The view is of part of the harbor of Haifa, but wonderful in terms of a sea view and breeze, Parking was also easy, something that usually takes a bit of creativity, but here it is right next to the apartment building in a secure lot. Would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises."
