The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and incredibly welcoming! The staff was undoubtedly courteous and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. Upon arriving at our room, we were impressed by its design and spaciousness, it felt like an apartment. The view from the porch was breathtaking, adding to the overall experience. The exceptional customer service was evident throughout our stay, the delicious and generous breakfast served in the morning was a delightful surprise. When we checked in there was no explination of information as it should be at the check in desk. We just got our room keys and told us about breakfast time. When we entered the room there was a man painting furniture there. We went back to the check in desk and the manager upgraded us to a junuior suite which was great and was near the pool which we like very much. However, there were some things that needed fixing like the shower head that was broken but because there were two we used the other one. The air condiotioner in the saloon was not cooling well but luckily there was another one in the bedroom that worked well even though its located on one side of the room so we had to turn in off at night because one of us were facing the air conditioner which made him really cold. The room needed more cleaning . It was not dirty but still not clean however the second day it was cleaned better. When we checked out the receptionist guy did not say a word or asking us how was our staying in the hotel he just took the cards and said ok and bye. He was not really nice. The food was ok . After all the hotel is nice and near the sea you can walk by the sea but you need a car or transportation to get to places in the area. We were not told or informed about the spa activities or any children's activities of any kind and sadly we heard about it later before checking out by chance from a lady who was staying there.

Amazing and friendly Hotel

We had a wonderful experience, with the staff being so friendly and helpful, especially Dara and Carlotta. The Friday night was a superb gourmet experience and fully recommend, please give compliments to the chef. The rooms were very clean, large and very comfortable with a lovely sea view.

The service was exceptional. The room was large and two tvs and two balconies facing the water. Breakfast was AMAZING! But we were lucky to get there early..as we were leaving it was getting crowded I cant think of anything that needed improving! We were sorry we were only there for one night

Sea life

This hotel is very beautiful. Could use a little more color and less black or minimal style. This one seeing how it is on beach could have more of a beach vibe. The outside area is great but i would have liked a jacuzzi outside. Also think there should have been a gate to go out from poolside to beach. The salt room is really nice and is part of the free spa treatment. You can also get special spa treatments. The rooms are really nice except the bathroom grout around the bathtubs could use regrouting rooms should be cleaned better. Terrific breakfast. Aside all that it was really nice and a great stay.

My thoughts.

The lavatory in room 303 backs up. The music at the pool is too loud and inconsistent with relaxing. The gate for taxi entry should be removed. There should be a real room for guests to leave their luggage before or after checkout. Leaving bags in the conference room is too casual and insecure. There is no direct access to the beach. The color scheme of the guest rooms is too dark. You have created Cave Life not Sea Life.

Friendly staff, cleanliness disappointing. Despite repeated contact with the hotel, a statement by the hotel management, despite promise, did not take place. The cleanliness of the room was absolutely unacceptable, the price completely unreasonable. It was my 3rd visit to this hotel and certainly my last, should not yet be a credit in the amount of one night. Apparently, however, the management does not care.

Maintenance, cleaning of a "Boutique Hotel"

The hotel has a nice ambient, is comfortable, but there is a lack of cleaning service on time (on Friday they started cleaning the room just after we asked them to do it at 14:00 and the answer was that the hotel cleaning service may work up to 18:00 hours), there are lots of small details in the maintenance of the rooms (room 27 of the "Boutique Hotel" with a piece of chewing gum on the corner of one wall on the bathroom, the shower door does not close or open (wrongly sized) no room service (on the Web site is written that there is one) and the cleaning of the room, was just accommodate the bed sheets and that was it. It is a pity, because is a nice please and this kind of details really kill all the beauty.

The staff were helpful and very friendly. The food was very good. The breakfast was great lots of choices. Omelets were made to order. The pool was lovely with lots of comfortable sun beds and lots of shade. One thing we didn’t like was the loud music at the pool area. Our room was very comfortable and it was great to have a small fridge in the room .

Nice hotel with great sea view

Nicely designed hotels. Great pool, on the beach, amazing view. Good amenities. Breakfast was good. Fresh eggs and pancakes. Room is very spacious and has beautiful sea view. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the cleanest, bedding and towels were not the freshest. Only down point.

Last time I’ll visit this hotel

This is not my first stay at this hotel. This time they did not had enough guest so they have decided to cancel the buffet breakfest!!! They did not tell us in advance, just gave me poor plate with rgg 2 cheese, olives and tuna (I am vegiterian!!). It was really disapointment comparing to the standard I expacted. No sorry nor no compensation was offer. I will not return again.
