Outstanding service! We had such a warm welcome by hotel's manager, Tatyana. She made our stay with little kids so much more pleasurable. The hotel went through major renovations: rooms/bathrooms are nice and updated, newly built outdoor swimming pool etc. Adults can relax in Spa (18 ) with two saunas (Finnish and Steam), and their massages are so good. Kids have a dedicated playroom and many outdoor activities (chess etc). Food is also amazing. Highly recommend to everyone!

This is a lovely resort in a beautiful area. The breakfast is quite amazing, with a vast range of possibilities, and all that we tried was delicious. The room was large and very comfortable, with many nice touches like fruit and other treats in the room.

Wonderful except everything closed for renovation the entire last day without warning. No pool or kid club. We purposefully stayed over the last night to enjoy another half day of vacation at the hotel.

Unfortunate service experience

Most service crew was excellent with the exception of the manager. She informed us (with attitude) when we arrived that a green passport was required even though I wasn’t asked for one before and, therefore, didn’t have it on me. Following guidelines is one thing and I have no problem with that. However, when a group of her friends arrived at the hotel, none of them was wearing masks or asked to wear masks or show a green passport, and all of a sudden, she didn’t care much about guidelines. She told us we needed to get tested in order to check in even though we already paid in full, and sent us to the wrong place to get tested. We spent almost 3 hours before we could check in. There was another incident with the manager where it was clear she has no desire to listen and zero service orientation. At that point, I asked to only be corresponding with other staff members, all of which were great. The hotel itself is nice and the food was very good. If it wasn’t for the manager, I would have ranked our experience much better and would have considered coming back.

Good Value for money (December trip)

Was not sure what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised. From our nice warm welcome at reception, the staff were really attentive throughout our stay. Some nice touches like a log fire in the main lounge during the winter months, and a taboon oven used to make fresh flatbread at breakfast. The hallways in the hotel are a little tired looking and dated, but this was only the only negative. Overall for a couple of days in December, it was good value for money.

Ok hotel

Stayed multiple times in this hotel. Did not like that they offer no refund upon cancellation which is not reflecting the current world Covid situation where Cancellation due to last min change in regulations is the order of the day. Rooms and bed are comfortable however they are dated. Bathroom is equally used Breakfast is great

Very disappointing

The hotel is old and very noisy. We heared everything that was going on around us. Saturday morning, there were maintenance people in the next room making a lot of noise while we were trying to sleep. There was no night curtain so the light went through early in the morning. On the order it said the price includes taxes however when we checked in we were told we need to pay vat. We will not return.

Great location to cover northern Israel from Haifa to the Golan Heights. A bit old, but it was clean, everything worked, and they had a fun little mini-golf outside, for free. Situated on a beautiful and large property.

Average stay

The hotel is in a beautiful location, with amazing views. It has what it takes to be one of the greatest hotels, and the price is accordingly, but what you get simply is not up to expectations. The food is in average + level, fairly versatile, but our personal experience was that one family member ate something bad and didn't feel well, another family member had 2 hairs on his plate and another one had egg shells in more than 1 omelette. The swimming pool is too cold to enter for more than a few minutes. There's a ping-pong table in the premises which we enjoyed. We had a mess with the rooms when we found ants all over our garden room, and we got it replaced but the process took almost an hour and didn't go smoothly. it was a hassle and we weren't compensated for it. My parents got their room about half an hour late: Only when we went to talk to the reception they gave us the key and said we were supposed to get an SMS which we didn't get. We insisted we would have a later check out because of it, and reception agreed to that. FYI normally in this hotel check in is at 15:00 and check out is at 11:00 which is a bit shorter than usual. We remember better days a few years back in this hotel, but the level has dropped since. I hope this hotel picks up on mistakes and fulfill the great potential it has!
