"The Hotel is in a great area with lots of restaurants and shopping. The staff was pleasant but not accommodating. They need more training in customer service. There was a fire alarm that was pulled and communication with customers was poor. The Hotel was very clean and trendy. I would stay there again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Joy’s guest house. Everything was as pictured. She has two very friendly dogs that she offered to keep inside during our stay for our privacy but we didn’t mind sharing the backyard with them. Our grandkids loved playing with them. The riverwalk bike trail is a must to do while you’re there. There’s also a bike trail by the house that was peaceful and relaxing that goes right over the interstate."

"Overall, this was a decent stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was nice and quiet at night. I also appreciated that there were a lot of breakfast options available in the morning. A few things were just okay: the surrounding area wasn’t the best, the shower water only got warm instead of truly hot, the room temperature didn’t seem to match what the thermostat was set to, and cleanliness was acceptable, but the bathroom could have been cleaner."

"We loved this house! It is very comfortable, has a great layout and is fully equipped with everything you need. The yard is fully fenced and perfect for dogs. The hosts were very helpful, welcoming and communicated promptly. Location is very convenient to Fort Benning and downtown Columbus. We highly recommend!"
