My favorite Hampton Inn

I always stay at this Hampton Inn when I visit family in the area. I can count on its cleanliness, friendly staff and very comfortable bed. Their breakfast bar received a 100% rating from the health dept., a very hard accomplishment!

Every member of staff was wonderful. The lobby was a very cozy place to hang out and very relaxing. We were really disappointed that the Jacuzzi pictured in the photos for this property on Hotels.com did not exist. I’m not sure whether this is the fault of Hotels.com or the hotel itself, so I didn’t let it impact our review, but we had chosen the hotel specifically because there was a Jacuzzi, so it was a big let down.

I went into the first room that had bugs, we went to 2 other rooms and there were bugs in all those rooms.I was treated poorly. The GM sent out a message somehow and everywhere I went I was treated badly except for the dentist office. I ended up sleeping in my car for 2 nights after paying for a room because there were less bugs than in the rooms.
