"This is a great alternative to the hotels that are on the island. But it is an econo Lodge. Meaning limited power and water. It does give a real feel for the colonial living of the island. And for my overnight stays between diving it fit the need."

"This beach is amazing & this is one of the nicest places here. Wi-Fi works well. The food is great & everyone who works here is really fun & friendly. No problem finding staff around when you need something (except in the middle of the night there is only a night watch person but no supplies or drinks or anything). This section of the beach is nice as well because it is pretty centrally located yet not as raucous as some other areas either with families during the day or parties at night."

"We absolutely loved our stay, staff was great. If you have breakfast include, it’s worth it. We felt safe as there are hotel staff at the front entrance and desk 24/7. Pool area has a beautiful view and the rooms are well done and spacious."

"The resort is beautiful. The beach and water are beautiful too. Great service, beautiful view from my room. Highly recommended. Cons? It’s Cartagena, it means happiness, music, warmth people, smiles. I know it’s a French hotel, but hello, the hotel is in Colombia. Tourists want to feel their culture. Employees are too serious and saying madame all the time sounds ridiculous. Not their fault, obviously it’s what they need to do. Music (of course only from the hotel) at the beach would give a nice Caribbean touch. Also, the cocktails (not cheap at all) had little alcohol) The rest, the hotel is amazing. I will come back."
"I cant say enough about the excellent staff and workers here at the Hotel ZiOne Luxury. Just the moment you walk in the staff greets you with a warm reception. The bell attendees are at your service and the management staff starting with Yina is top notch and huge shout out to her! I had to rebook a stay there and she made it happen on short notice! She is awesome and I cannot thank her enough. The rooms are nice and comfy and the breakfast buffet is fresh and is filling. The rooftop pool views are perfect and the bar drinks are perfect. And the pool water is the perfec temperature.Every time I come to Cartagena which is often for work and fun this is my place to stay and its right around everything you need from the mall to the 24 hour market and the local feel.
