"Roland's ADU Guest Cottage is a solid 10 out of 10! We were having work done on our home nearby and had to be out for 3 nights. We were thrilled to find this gem so close by!Everything is virtually brand new and 1st class. Great view from the patio and Jacuzzi, well-equipped kitchen with all the accessories you'll need and 2 spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds with lovely linens. Though the cottage is very close to the main house it feels extremely private. This is the perfect spot for a family visiting Thousand Oaks and is especially convenient for anyone visiting CLU or attending graduation services.Thanks Roland!"

"The property was a perfect spot to celebrate my daughters' birthdays! The industrial chic decor is modern and welcoming. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of space for the four of us to celebrate. Every detail is well thought out. The overall grounds are stunning with the pool/spa, tennis courts, fire pit, and cute outdoor seating areas. The beautiful vintage street lights up the driveway and bistro lights around the property create a quaint evening vibe. The property is like something out of a Jane Austen novel. My family loved staying there and will be back again!"

"Super soft sheets and cozy bedding in a quiet neighborhood made for a great night's sleep in this spot. Danny was an excellent communicator and the location was perfect for us to stay while we visited our family over the holidays. Full kitchen has everything you need to prep a meal and the living room had ample space to hang out. Great spot - will absolutely stay here again and recommend to others in the area!"
