Outdoor seating and amenities are perfect. Beds are super comfy and as stated the views are beautiful especially at sunset. The estate pup is adorable and friendly. the location was perfect for us. "The accommodation was excellent - very clean with a very comfortable lounge area and kitchen. Ideally suited for Cal Lutheran University and access to restaurants, shops and tourist places. Off road parking and a very nice private outside area for chilling. The host was very responsive to any queries and was very accommodating when we enquired about an additional night. Would highly recommend."

"Listing is extremely confusing. Beware when booking that 3bed/3bath literally means 3 beds. Not bedrooms. There are two beds in one bedrooms and they count that as part of the 3bed description. We were asked to pay an additional 300 to unlock the 3rd bedroom in the same house. Don’t get confused like I did. "
