Single-family villa as follows:
three double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom, another bathroom, kitchenette complete with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge, large and bright living room with TV and sky connection. outside there is a porch of about 50 square meters with equipped outdoor kitchen, barbeque and gas stove, table for 10 seats, outdoor sofas that comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.
Outdoor swimming pool 12 meters x 7 and around the pool it is possible to find comfortable flooring, swimming pool dressing room with full bathroom and two showers.

Beautiful Villa

We had a great time. Villa was perfect. Good communication with the owner. Town was a little quiet but that suited us fine. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely, peaceful, sunny villa

After an early flight, the hosts allowed us to start our holiday at the villa before 4pm, and instructed us on all there was to know about our stay. The pool was great for us all especially my 10 year old nephew, who also loved the table football. The kitchen is well stocked with every utensil needed, the bedrooms aand sitting areas are all very comfortable. The villa is with in walking distance of the small village and the beach. A great stay for all ages.

Just great

Arrived at our place and was greeted by our hosts. They were very welcoming and showed us all around the house. Told us about the area restaurants and a little market we could go to. Loved our place with its private pool. The only thing I would say and it was not the hosts fault it was very difficult to get a cab. Our trip into room was very challenging. Otherwise it was perfect.

Adatto soltanto a chi sa riconoscere la vera qualità

Un idilliaco posto dove...trovi il nirvana.Una piscina sempre calda, incorniciata da fiori e piante nell'assoluta privacy.Un patio strepitoso con divani a volontà, uno splendido tavolo con comode sedie dove si può mangiare piacevolmente grazie alla cucina esterna e all'enorme bbq.Stanze comode, bagni funzionali e la chicca della dependance esterna con bagno e due docce. Proprietari squisiti.Auguro a tutti un'esperienza così, almeno 1 volta nella vita.

Oasis close to Rome

The villa is a wonderful place to relax. The pool is fantastic. The house is very comfortable and everything needed is provided.. The beach and great restaurants are steps away. It’s a great getaway a short distance from Rome.
