Nice hotel and location. Breakfast was ok. Reception not very nice. Other than that it was nice for one night sleep before our trip back home.

I only stayed one night before flying g back to the US. The rooms are clean, did not smell musty, all of the employees are very friendly and helpful and there is a free shuttle to terminal 3. The food is just ok.

Excellent customer service. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is close to the airport. And if you have time the hotel is close to some impressive Roman archaeological sites.

The public transport could do with better signage but it is efficient once you work it out.
We flew in the previous afternoon for a next day flight. We would stay in this area again
Airport town with no restaurants/shops. Best to avoid, unreliable hotel shuttle services.
Did contact hotel to organise transport from Ciampino airport to hotel, with no reply.
Really good supermarket with good selection cheeses, wines, everything
