Immerse yourself in the combination of modern and comfortable of this completely renovated house, located in an elegant building in the Montesacro district, a historic Roman neighborhood. You will be able to relax without giving up comfort in a space furnished with style and personality. It has air conditioning active from June to October, ultra-fast fiber Wi-Fi and a pleasant outdoor lounge area. Perfect apartment for a couple, a family and for digital nomads. The space The two-room apartment consists of:
1. Kitchenette equipped with kitchen utensils, electric induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee pod machine, oven, kettle, microwave oven, toaster, children's crockery.
2. Large living room furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, smart TV, dining table with 4 chairs, high chair for children.
3. Bedroom composed of a comfortable double bed, lamps, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a cot for a newborn. The entire house has a bathroom consisting of a sink, shower and bidet.
The house has a terrace for the exclusive use of guests.
Ultra-fast fiber wi-fi connection available throughout the accommodation.
Air conditioning will only be available in the summer period, from 21 June to 21 September.
