Property is at the center of the city. All the attraction of Rome are nearby or nearby transport is available. Must try trapizzino. Only minus point is breakfast-very less options.

No shops open past 9 and I payed a lot of money just to have a balcony room and the room didn’t have one. They were not helpful.

Dear Neil, the truth is that you tried to get a discount by citing non-existent reasons and we, as we have already replied, had no reason to give you a discount since you never asked for a room with a balcony for your booking and you stayed in the room you paid for. Reviews like yours ruin the work of people like us who have been working honestly in the hospitality sector for years.

I loved the neighborhood vibe away from the congested tourists areas, with easy access to the metro. Resturants,Cafe, park and a corner market right there. And the wonderful Testaccio market with street food,meats,breads, produce and soo much more only a few blocks away! The only improvement on the suite would be to add a microwave 😀 The suite did have a mini frige full of drinks and snacks at very reasonable prices!

I was suprised that this is in an apartment building but once inside the 7suites it was just lovely. I loved the neighborhood the parks the resurants cafes/bars. a short walk to the metro and 4 quick stops to termini station.

Seven Suites was tucked just far enough away from the bustling heart of Rome to be relatively calm while still being convenient to a host of great restaurants nearby. Tourist sites and transit were still accessible by foot (or a very short cab ride). The staff was friendly and the room was clean and quiet. The bundled breakfast was a particular highlight, including a selection of beverages and super tasty pastries from the Linari pasticceria downstairs (the food was so good that we actually ended up visiting almost daily for dessert or snacks on our own). Would definitely stay again!

The outside of the building and street appearance do not do justice to the hotel. It was new, beautiful, and really comfortable. Don’t judge a book by its cover!

This place was ok. Reasonably priced. I was only in Rome the night so the no-frills didn’t bother me. All my communication happened via text, I did not see a single staff member. Check in was remotely managed.

first thing that you need to know is this place is not a hotel. It is very well kept, clean privet apartment for you, in a residential area, people around the area like grocery shop beside it, the coffee shop beside this place are like your their new neighbours, very helpful, breakfast is exactly what average Italian eats in the morning and is a place that every local around this area comes to get a breakfast. I liked the environment, I was there for almost two week and although it was a small place I missed it.

This was a good and solid hotel. I was surprised by the many 5 star reviews (one reviewer declared it "the best hotel in Rome"). For me, it didn't have the style, decor, and location of the best hotels in Rome. But nonetheless a fine place to stay.

Self Check in was easy. Instruction was clear. Love the pastry shop downstairs where we got complimentary breakfast. Close to public transportation.

Great value! Super close and walkable to many of Rome’s attractions. Great cafe right next door with coffee, desserts and chocolate gelato which is the best chocolate I have ever tasted hands down! Downside is the air conditioning blows right onto the bed making it difficult to sleep.

Ahhhhh! Perfect spot!!! Nearby metro and places to eat! All the directions to check-in were easy and was very independent like which I loved! Didn’t have to bother checking in with staff since I had early/late flights/plans. LOVED IT!!

7 suite hotel on the 4th floor of an apartment buildind in a nice neighborhood in Rome. Nice pastry shop next door to get breakfast. Small grocery stores and public transportation nearby. Nice modern, clean, comfortable quiet rooms. Electronic locks and check in.

We only stayed at this hotel for a night but we really liked it! We had a little difficulty checking in because since we are foreigners we didn’t have service to access our email WHICH IS VITAL because they send you a code in order to get into the hotel since there isn’t service there all day. The hotel room was very clean and very nice. The bed was incredibly comfortable! And there is a cafe next door with plenty of restaurants nearby. We walked to the Colosseum and it didn’t take us long at all. Although we did take a few taxis and to get to the heart of Rome was about 13-15€ for reference

Front desk is missing in action! Just Came one time rudely knock on my door rushing me to checkout One day in advance before my last day! Nothing around the area you need to walk far to get to the bus/train station. Only 1 tiny soap and shampoo are free. Wifi sucks slower than my brAin. Over all Not worth €115 a day waste of money

It is important for us to respond to negative reviews like yours to clarify a few points: first of all, the Seven Suites is a Guest House and not a hotel, so it does not provide a 24-hour reception service. Despite this, the reception is open every morning from 08.30 until 13.30 so it is very strange to us that you have never met my colleagues. I just checked that the structure was full on the dates of your stay and no other guest had problems with the wifi, so we find her feedback strange. I also clarify that the courtesy bathroom kit that we offer to our guests obviously has the standard sizes (the soaps are the same as those found in hotels, the size is that!). Having said that, I thank you for choosing Seven suites and for giving us the opportunity to clarify some fundamental points of the Seven Suites. Kind regards Micol Pavoncello

Great stay. The hotel itself and the rooms look new / recently renovated. Clean and spacious bedroom and bathroom. Very friendly staff who gave you exploring tips, notified you of local transport issues and even called a local restaurant on our behalf for a booking! The bakery downstairs where you get brekkie is excellent. We also liked that the neighborhood was quiet and away from the busy city but still close enough to get to.

Hidden gem

Hotel was great! Room is exactly how it is in the pictures. A bit different to get to from the station via public transport for the first time but besides that location is great, nice restaurants around and the receptionist is extremely helpful.
