The hotel was very clean and quiet. Located in a fantastic neighborhood very close to the Spagna metro station, the Spanish Steps and great shopping and restaurants. My room was large by European standards and the bed was very comfortable. The entrance is hard to find with no signage and a big heavy wooden door; make sure you use Google maps to pinpoint the exact location

Front desk was very helpful. My husband left his wedding ring in our room at check out and we were contacted immediately by phone. We were given advice on finding taxi which helped us to get to tours we had scheduled. Many places are reachable by walking but train station and airport do require taxi rides.

We LOVE this charming and beautiful Roman hotel!!!! The room was spacious with comfy beds and it's quiet at night, so we slept peacefully!! The location is perfetto!! Although we we're one short block from the Piazza di Spagna, it proved to be a tranquil location on it's own little street! The breakfast is provided by a ristorante a very short walk away, and it was fantastic!! More importantly, our host proved to be a wonderful and kind man, who attended to our every need! We will definitely book this hotel whenever we're in Rome!!!! THANK YOU!!!

Super placed for all the main sites in Rome. This hotel had no lobby or restaurant which doesn't matter. Lots of food places and super markets are close by. The rooms are a decent size and very clean. The staff are great. Plenty of fresh towels are provided.

Great hotel in a prime location- just around the corner of the Spanish steps in a quiet street. The room was spacious and I loved the complementary toothbrush kit. They are very nice and accommodating. For late check in they offer a remote option with sending instructions to avoid the surcharge. Highly recommend!

Breakfast let this venue down, very limited and a set menu also very busy with locals so sometimes you have to wait for a seat. Fantastic location, everything in walking distance, 30seconds to spanish steps, 20 mins to Trevi fountain and approx 30 mins to colosseum, Vatican, Trastevere , perfect spot to stay, very clean, safe and easy to find and brilliant service from reception staff, highly recommend!

I really recommend this hotel, is very close to a lot of important places, very accesible to taxis and restaurants. Roxanne is great! Very nice, friendly and help you with everything. Hope soon come back to Rome and stay there for sure.

We had a super stay here for 3 nights. Apartment felt luxurious and was super clean. Staff were brilliant and text us when the room was ready. Location is great near the Spanish Steps, and plenty of bars and restaurants. Metro station is also 1 minute from the door if you want to use public transport. We will definitely use this as our first choice on our next visit.

A hidden gem in 4 minutes walk from The Spanish Steps and 3 minutes walk from Spagna metro station. Wonderful service. Very clean rooms. Highly recommended hotel.
