The staff was friendly and helpful. However the location was so noisy. The vendors on be street were yelling and playing music until 3am most nights. And while its location is super convenient near the train station, that comes with a price of safety and noise. Also the gym was definitely moldy.

I will recommend this hotel. Everyone was polite and accommodating. Big shout to the housekeeper on the 3rd floor very nice. My husband was sick and she asked us if we need anything to call her. Everything was fine but the location right next to the Termini station is definitely a bonus within a very short walking distance. Walked directly to the train or metro station in under 3 minutes
