Posto molto tranquillo è situato in un posto vicino al centro tra Roma ed i castelli. Ottimo il personale e le stanze confortevoli. C'è tutto il necessario a prezzi ragionevoli.

HOTEL DI PASSAGGIO

Ho soggiornato una sola notte, l'ho scelto per la vicinanza all'aereoporto di ciampino. Non si è rivelata una scelta strategica in quanto è situato in una zona isolata. L'unico modo per raggiungere l'aereoporto (a parola dell'hotel) è quello di cedere ai taxisti imbroglioni che fissano una quota di 20€ senza calcolare minimamente il tachimetro.

motel not hotel

absolutely no facilities, restaurant only opened for bus tours bar has no staff ..... receptionist serving, hotel is in an industrial estate with a busy dual carriageway to the front, with no pavements. access for guests on foot is via the rear steel sliding gate onto a local road with no pavements. the only food available after 10.00 am is via a pizza home delivery service which itself is not available until after 19.30 if you are to use this hotel/motel make it overnight only it is not a holiday hotel.

Hotel ligt redelijk gunstig geleden tov treinvervoer. Ontbijt is echt basic. Zwembad is lekker, maar de ligbedjes zijn wel echt aan vervanging toe. 's avond in het hotel niets te eten. Maar in de buurt zitten een paar leuke en goede eettentjes.

Bon accueil, personnel sympathique, pratique pour visiter les extérieurs de Rome. Belle piscine bien agréable en été, bien ensoleillée. Seul point noir : la literie est désastreuse!!! Mal de dos garanti surtout si c'est pour plusieurs nuits.

Friendly cozy hotel outside rome

I loved staying there, specially because it is outside the city gets less stressful, we found a big shop "TOP" near by 10 to 15 minutes walk and we made a picnic in our room :) everything was great the swimming pool is standard and we were close to Rome termini by 10 minutes train which is about 1 euro 50 each way. The only issue is that there arent "many" none proper restaurants near the hotel but we went to rome to have lunch and dinner since its more lively there. Overall was a great experience, me and my boyfriend loved the time we spent there. Thank you One Park Hotel for everything we from 305 recommend it ;)

Freundlich geführtes Hotel nahe Rom

Fährt man nicht mit dem Auto über die Via Appia Nuova zu diesem Hotel, muss man zunächst ein Wenig suchen, bis man durch das Hintertor in das Hotel gelangt. Die beiden Hotelmanager sind sehr freundlich und man kann sich stets (das heißt 24 Stunden am Tag) an sie wenden, wenn es Anregungen oder Fragen gibt. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und werden jeden Tag gereinigt, Handtücher sind vorhanden und werden täglich ausgetauscht. Allerdings scheint das Hotel für Sommergäste gemacht zu sein, denn für die Jahreszeit (Februar) war es nachts eindeutig zu kalt, was auch durch die zusätzlich zu den Bettlaken vorhandenen Wolldecken nicht kompensiert werden konnte. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend, jedoch nicht zu üppig. Zusätzliche Leistungen wie das Internet funktionieren einwandfrei, es ist Italienisches Fernsehen mit vielen Programmen vorhanden. Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Hotel für Gäste, die keine zu großen Ansprüche haben, allerdings wirklich nur für die wärmeren Jahreszeiten.

Hotel frequentato da persone poco raccomandabili .

Di notte siamo stati svegliati da urla e pianti di donne... In camera c era polvere nell aria che ci ha tossire tutta la notte oltre all odore di poco pulito delle lenzuola e asciugamani

A améliorer..

Personnel accueillant, proche de la gare qui mène a Rome ( Santa Maria delle Molle ), pour ce qui est de la chambre pas de chauffage c'est problématique en hiver, beaucoup de poussière couette provocant des allergies, hygiène a revoir .. L'hôtel est plutôt laisser dans son jus !

Consiglio di prendere una camera multipla anche se si viaggia come singoli...avevo letto dei commenti negativi sulle singole quindi ho preso una doppia anche se viaggiavo da solo e devo dire che mi sono trovato benissimo! Nulla da accepire, ottima gestione!
