"If you order a deluxe room, you are sent to another building that is not connected to a hotel. The deluxe rooms are in some office building/apartments where a floor has been turned to hotel units. If you need anything after a certain time, you have to get support from a sister hotel nearby. Hotel breakfast was good and service was good at the hotel breakfast. Julio made our mornings great. The staff at the sister hotel was also nice."

"Very convenient location especially if using the train system in and out of Rome. Also walking distance to many excellent restaurants and tour bus locations. Staff was multi language speaking and very polite and helpful. Room itself was totally adequate and clean but a bit outdated and a little rundown."
