With an area of 60 square meters and a terrace of 30 square meters, the apartment is ideal to accommodate up to six people (2 Bathrooms with shower) . The interior is furnished in a modern and refined style with attention to detail, inspired by nature and the Mediterranean you will find an energetic and comfortable environment.

The large Master Bedroom offers a cozy King-Size bed equipped with a high-end mattress and a comfortable sofa bed for two , inside the room there is a 50” TV and direct access to the garden/Sauna.

The Living room space features a comfortable double sofa bed with 40” TV and access to the second bathroom with shower.
Adjacent to the living room is the well-stocked and modern kitchen with induction stove , microwave, Oven, nespresso machine and kettle, also with direct access to the garden where there is a convenient washing machine .
