Andrea, whom we never met, made the stay pleasurable and convenient. She arranged car service to and from the airport, gave us great restaurant recommendations, and more importantly- what to avoid. Clean, well appointed, and great location.

Excellent!

This was a perfect place for us. Everything was great. The room is very spacious (with a beautiful red leather sofa!), and plenty of room for us to be comfortable. Andrea, our host, went over the top to make sure we had a great stay. He suggested places to eat, which taxis to take, how to watch for our belongings when out and about. We definitely plan to visit Roma again, and will stay here, as well as suggest this place to anyone.

No breakfast even though plastic folder in the room spoke positively about it. On line revues also mentioned ‘excellent’ breakfast. Otherwise nice room and well equipped. Expensive though.

Wonderful 1st Vacation in Rome

We had an excellent stay at Navona Luxury Guest House while in Rome. The place was very quaint with its Italian grand door entrance, with a view of a gorgeous church across the street (Michelangelo Room). The rooms were clean, and they provided disposable slippers for everyone. Any questions was immediately returned by Andrea through WhatsApp. Only small inconvenient was the WiFi which was good most of the time but was slightly finicky. Other than that, we will probably choose this place again as it is walking distance to everything Rome has to offer!!

Rome Hotel Perfection

Our family of 4 had a fantastic 4 night stay at Navona Luxury Guest House. Andrea was very proactive in communicating with me via WhatsApp before our arrival and throughout our time in Rome. He provided us with excellent, detailed entry directions and dining advice. The air conditioning provided a much-needed comfortable respite during the brutal July heat. The room is wonderful: spacious, high ceilings, comfortable bed, large windows with view of the historic church across the street, and was a perfect size for our family. Even the bathroom was large and spotless. FANTASTIC location, we will definitely return the next time we visit Rome.

Navona Luxury Guest House is 5 minute walking distance to Pizza Navona, an easy 10-15 minute walk to Vatican, and walking distance to local attractions. Restaurants and coffee shops are all walking distance. No need for a car. There's an elevator for your luggage. Shared living room space is very nice and secure. Area is very secure/safe. Rooms are modern with AC, nice updated bathrooms and very very clean. Highly recommend! Our hosts, Andrew and Andrea sent us a message through WhatsApp to give us instructions on how to access the front door and access to get our room key. Our room was cleaned daily and hosts were available for questions. Has WiFi. Highly recommend this gem. The Navona Luxury Guest House made me feel like a local for the days I spent there. I'll definitely be back. Thank you for hosting my family.

We were ROBBED! we stayed there just recently June 22-25. It’s not a hotel in the conventional hotel way. It’s an apartment building,..nice… they rent out units. There’s a property manager. After a day or 2… she asked to enter room to clean. We were gone. Came back and found the yellow cleaning rag in my suitcase!!! All my clothes smelled like horrible disinfectant. Missing new articles of clothing and my friend had his MontBlanc belt stolen. Not sure if any documents were copied or American dollars were stolen… (I dint remember amount in bag at the time) I tried to email the owner Andrea/Andrew. No response back after multiple attempts. I paid tourist tax in euros up front and found an additional charge on my credit card. In addition the owner asked me to leave -33E cash… stupidly I did. Do not know what for bc the owner never responded to my email or phone attempts.

Great location.

Room was in a great location and very clean. Parking is offsite a few blocks and is $30 inches we day. No breakfast available to guests due to covid.

Excellent location and amenities

The hotel was at an excellent location, close to everything on a walking distance or near transit bus. The only inconvenience was that we were expecting breakfast, but then we were informed it was not being offered due to COVID restrictions (totally understandable). I wish I knew that ahead of time so I could have shopped for some things before hand.

Nice stay right in the middle of Rome

Very nice stay with not so great breakfast. Located in walking distance to all attractions, and we enjoyed our room a lot - in a group of 3 it was still okay. Only the breakfast was a bit small, but still okay.

Sehr gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend/Gutes Frühstück/komfortable Zimmer undBetten/ zentral gelegen-gut für Sightseeing (fast alles fußläufig erreichbar). Straßenverkehr kann teilweise sehr lebhaft werden, bei geschlossenen ist das jedoch unproblematisch. Fazit: Prima Unterkunft für Rombesuch, man ist gleich mittendrin....

Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, souriants et serviables. L'accueil s'est très bien passé et la chambre était telle que nous l'attendions. Le bâtiment est superbe. Nous recommanderions cet endroit à nos amis. Seul hic à notre sens pour le petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de gateaux etc mais peu de diversité sur les jus, viennoiseries etc. Mais il s'agit surement d'une différence culturelle :) Nous remercions l'ensemble des personnes pour ce très bon séjour !
