Honestly staff was amazing and very accommodating when it came to transportation from cruise to hotel and then hotel to airport. They also let us leave our luggage so we could have time to tour around before check in.

Located directly across from the Vatican, so from early morning to late afternoon, the area was crowded with tourists and taxis. Very walkable area. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

I would have given it an over all 5 stars. However, I decided on a 3 because of some plumbing issues. we did not have hot water for 1 night. Aside from that issue, the hotel is very convenient to the sights. It is just across from the Vatican wall entrance. Lots of eateries around. Hotel is clean. Hotel front desk personnel could be a little more personable. Over all we had a good stay.

Vaticano trip

Hotel room was comfortable & good size & very clean. Bed comfortable too. Bathroom average, not much place to put supplies. Very narrow tub to stand in for showering. Could be tricky for older folks. Great location for Vatican tours & nice restaurants in the area. We were very happy with our stay. Mary

Great stay!

Location, location, location... right across the Vatican museum, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Nice clean hotel, large rooms and friendly staff. We showed up early for the tours and they were more than happy to store our luggage.

The room we had was not very nice. The toilet seat was only attached on one side so it didn’t stay in place. The shower/tub couldn’t be used without getting water all over the bathroom floor. Not well maintained and seemed a bit shabby.

Location for all, great. Enthusiasm from staff poor, always on their phones, never engaged with us to see how our day was going. The room was lovely appointed ok. Tv had no English channels, no streaming and you could watch Italian porn. The roof top bar was ok, no draft beer and zero atmosphere .. food not available after their shocking breakfast .. why batch cook fried eggs and pile them high? Hot dogs as sausages! No one was bothered at check out so why say anything at all. Just won’t stay again.

4.5 stars out of 5. everything is good… accessible, steps in front of vatican museum, staff are great, Room is very big. clean, Has both aircon control at room and the check in counter. Very easy to request mgr. of temp. Near restaurants. The only item I do not like is the cover door of the shower. It moves like regular door to open, not slide.
