Great location in walking street close to Piazza Nevona. Good size of room and nice bathroom. Simple accommodation but in an pittoresk building, very Italian. No reception, but easy to manage and meet owner for keys.

The staff were incredible. So helpful and kind. The hotel is beautiful, in a great location. Central to everything! The room is small, but super nice. The bathroom has recently been redone and its lovely. Highly recommend.

Excellent base camp in Rome

I enjoyed my brief stay. If you're looking for wake-up calls and full hotel amenities, this isn't the place, but for a nice, clean, comfortable room with very friendly staff, located so close to so many things, this is a great place. The manager leaves around 6pm, so you're on your own after that, with your own entry key as well as room key, but it worked out just fine for my needs. Pretty good value too, in a very expensive town for hotels.

Perfect location, nice room- not so Big but for the prize very nice. Worked Well with check in online. Very nice breakfast café. Would choose again. Quick response when we had questions.

When in Rome

We were greeted upon arrival by a welcoming staff. Our plans were altered and they had a driver available to us.We were given many recommendations and points of interest. Myself and my adult son found the room very comfortable.Perfect location. We walked everywhere. The area was the best.Many restaurants and shops to keep you busy.. Loved it .Would book again and recommend it.Hope to be back some day soon.

Great customer service and excellent location! No A/C but there is a fan. Make sure to let them know what time you arrive because they dont have an all day desk.

Drunk guests = no sleep for me

The hotel itself and the staff were fantastic, until 2 am when a bunch of drunken guests came back being loud, slamming doors, and literally banging against my door having intercourse in the hallway at 3:30am and there is no soundproofing to prevent outside noises. That same couple spent the rest of the night on the couch in the lobby next to my wall and it didn't stop until about 8 am when a staff member finally came in to work the desk. I did not sleep at all and I was a female alone in a foreign country, and was quiet frighten when they started banging against my door. When I told the woman who was working the desk in the morning, she said yes they knew and told them if it happened they would call the police, but offered me no consolation or compensation for an entire night is an expensive B & B with no sleep.

Ikke meget luksus, men god beliggenhed

Værelset er utrolig godt placeret i hyggeligt kvarter i Rom. Værelset fejler egentlig ikke noget i sig selv, men foyen er utrolig kedelig og trist, sengen ufattelig dårlig og tv’et på værelset virkede ikke. Der ville komme et nyt efter vores afrejse. Vi blev tilbudt et andet værelse, men det synes ikke at være meget bedre. Vi blev derfor på det første værelse vi blev tilbudt. Kommunikationen foregik på Whatsapp og udlejer svarede som regel på vores spørgsmål. Enkelte aftener var der ikke varmt vand i hanerne. Udlejer lovede at undersøge problemet, men vendte aldrig tilbage. Der var rent på værelset som hver dag blev rengjort. Vi kommer ikke tilbage, men beliggenheden var både central og charmerende og der ligger en utrolig god restaurant i stueetagen.

It was a nice day. The hotel was nice and clean nice and safe it’s on top of the restaurant so you do hear some noise but they usually shut down around 1030 11 o’clock.

La hora del check in es hasta las 6pm cuando es un hotel y podrías llegar a la hora que sea. Al igual la limpieza, si no te despertabas temprano ya no te hacían limpieza, cuando son vacaciones y puedes dormir mucho.

We arrived late but instructions on how to get in were clear. There was a kettle and herbal tea and coffee available in the lobby. Location was ideal but at a reasonable price. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

A great place tucked away from the busy street

A great little place that is on top of some random street. It's such a quaint hotel with comfy beds, nice washrooms and showers and very courteous staff. AC worked as intended, which is super important when you're talking about the 35 degree weather. Would book again for sure, is a short walk to everything worth seeing in Rome.
