Front Desk 직원들이 친절하고, 방, 침구, 샤워실, 모두 청결하여 만족함. 방과샤워부스가 생각보다너무 작아 다소불편함을느꼈으나, 로마에서 숙박비의 가성비로 볼때는 이해될수있었음. 도심에있는 주변관광지도 대부분 지하철또는버스로10분에서15분거리에 위치해 아주편리하였고, 그리고 호텔주변에 다양한 식당도많아 식사하기에도 좋았음. 로마역에서걸어서5분거리에위치하며 식당과가게들이 많아 ,사람들왕래가많아서인지 치안과안전에 문제는없었습니다.

추천이유 1. 위치 : Termini 역 등지고 왼쪽에 있어서 역과의 거리 3분 ㅋㅋ(약국옆 출입문 이용하세요) 역 오른쪽 호텔들보다 거리가 깨끗하고 안전함(중요) 2. 객실: 솔직히 오래된 호텔이라서 모던함은 없으나 넓고 관리잘 되고 초 미니지만 엘리베이터(중요) 있음 3. 청결도 : 매일 Housekeeping 완벽히 됨 4. 가격 : 진짜 가성비 최고 5. 서비스 : 할머니와 야간 reception (인도인)도 친철하심

Value for money

The hotel is pretty tired but it's got Wi-fi, Air con and friendly staff which is all you need. It's literally a stones' throw from Termini station so the location is unbeatable for the amount it costs. At the end of the day you get what you pay for, so if you're visiting Rome on a budget I would 100% recommend.

Genial ubicación y estado, camas terribles.

Hotel muy bien ubicado a 2 cuadras de la estación termini, Perfecto para llegar desde el aeropuerto en tren o autobús y usar el metro para ir a cualquier lugar. El Hotel es viejo pero para su estilo está conservado, lo único malo es que las camas son terriblemente incómodas! Deben mejor esa aérea fundamental.

Perfectly clean and comfortable

Perfectly clean and comfortable. The bathroom was probably the smallest bathroom we have ever seen - but it was functional and private and that is adequate for our needs. The Hotel is literaly less than 100 Yards from the Roma Termini Train Station and correspondingly centrally located to everything in Rome.

テルミニ駅から徒歩５分の、安ホテルにありがちな一つの建物に複数のホテルや住居が混在しているタイプです。夜１１時頃到着したのですが、建物手前の閉店したレストランのテラス部分に浮浪者が寝ていました。入り口のインターホンが暗いし字が小さいので見えづらく、適当に押して入ったのはいいもののホテルが分からず４階で迷っていたらフロントの方が迎えに来てくれました。日本式の２階、欧米での１階がホテルでした。泊まった１２号室の部屋はキレイにリフォームされていて、一人でしたらスーツケースも開けっ放しにしておける十分な広さです。ただし、入り口のすぐ近くでバタンバタンうるさく、下のインターホンの音や通りで喋ってる人たちの声が窓を閉めても聴こえます。二日目から隣に韓国人の女の子二人組が入り、話し声が丸聞こえでした。鍵はオートロックではないので入退出どちらも自分で施錠します。ティッシュ無し。ドライヤー、ビデ、電話、TV、冷蔵庫、備え付けの金庫あり。エアコンは付いていますがリモコンが見当たりませんでした。シャワーブースは狭いけれどドーナツ型のシャワーヘッドからお湯もたっぷり出ます。洗面台はヒビが入っていましたが十分な大きさで軽くお洗濯もできました。外出時にはキーをフロントに預ける必要があります。帰ってきたらインターホンを押すとカメラで見ているフロントの方が中から開錠してくれます。エレベーターはありますが衝撃的な狭さで、ドアも自分で開け閉めしなくてはなりません。スーツケースがないときは階段の方が便利です。フロントは２４時間体制で、私の滞在時にはインド系の気の良さそうなお兄さんが二人交代で対応されていました。

何よりも駅から近い！夜遅くにローマ着だったので駅からすぐと言うのが条件で決めました。設備はあまり良くなかった。ちょっとシャワーを使った程度であまり満足できるものではありません、お湯はあまり出ないし、体を洗えるスペースがないぐらい狭い、まあこんな程度で2泊しました。

Very good location - 2 minutes from Termini station. Plenty of restaurants around. Room clean and beds comfortable. It is a basic hotel (2*), but if you look for a decent priced place close to Termini and can accept that it is 'not posh' then it is good option. Would consider going back if returning to Rome. No breakfast in hotel, but you have a super nice cafe only 50 meters away and you get a 'Croissant + Cappuccino' there for €2.40 (and it is very tasty - as good as a typical Italian breakfast can get).

Très pratique pour sa proximité de Termini

Lit confortable, chambre et salle de bain rénovés. Propre et bien entretenu; enregistrement rapide, personnel aimable. L’hôtel est vraiment proche de la station Termini; très pratique pour ceux qui doivent prendre le train.

Un 2 stelle pulito, a buon prezzo, vicino Termini

ottimamente posizionato, non adatto a persone corpulente o con difficoltà di deambulazione (ascensore strettissimo, se no un piano di scale) e camera e soprattutto bagno con tutto il necessario ma stretti (bidè quasi impraticabile). Tuttavia estrema pulizia, tv in camera, letto ampio, grande gentilezza del personale, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e posizione invidiabile, a un passo da Roma Termini

It was very close to the main terminal in Rome which is extremely handy and there is plenty of dining nearby. The only drawback was the room was a little noisy as the walls were very thin.
