Good condition of the furniture, comfortable and wide bed)
It worked perfectly for what we needed. A ton of yummy restaurants and a grocery store within 1 block of the place. There was a weird stain on the sheet but other than that no complaints. The room also had A/C.
Nice hotel! Little bit outside of the main attractions but good connected to the public transportations (10mins walking to the metro/tram/ main bus lines).
Staff is very friendly and helpful!
Staff was great. Room was a little tight on space. The shower was small and the doors didn't close properly so water would shoot out onto the floor. The location was conveniently by the train station, but it felt unsafe to walk around the area at night. Breakfast was good, but could have had more variety.
Clean room and bathroom, new towels daily
Not that comfortable bed
Easy access to tram and Metro
Breakfast was fine for the price €8 coffee, croissant, yogurt
Close to road so not that quiet
Good for the price
The staff (particularly Carlo at front desk) went above and beyond with kindness when my travel arrangements went crazy and I arrived later than anticipated. Very welcoming! Clean, comfortable, conveniently close to Termini Station. Once you arrive you will feel safe & well taken care of. Would definitely stay again, but recommend a taxi/Uber rather than walking due to poor sidewalks & high number of homeless in area.

You get what you pay for with this hotel. While it’s not the worst place to stay if you just need a bed, depending on your reason for traveling such as for a honeymoon . I suggest spending the extra money to have water in your fridge, comfortable pillows, nice blankets, and a more comfortable bed. It’s not as close to the main square in Rome as you would think. About a 25 minute walk. The hotel was clean , the area was not very safe. On the outermost city limits of Rome. we were spoiled much more in Sorrento for a similar priced hotel . I would only stay here if you are simply looking for a bed to sleep in and a shower .
It was newly renovated but shower head was an issue. Glad only staying one night because it was not so convenient to tourist attractions and did not feel very safe at night.

Avoid this trouble Hotel in Rome
Really bad experience the last 2 dsys in Rome. Booked this hotel because the reservation said that had parking, and close to the Coliseum. Found out upon arrival that the parking was in the street and that would cost me an Euro an hour from 8 AM to 7 PM. Had breakfast but wasn’t free. Also had this guy that was taking care the coffee shop until 9:30 AM and also the hotel desk. Very disrispectful and arrogant. I was a 69 years old American guest (which pays with my stay his salary), he treated me like a 10 year old kid. Send people to clean the room
Without our authorization, mi wife fund a pouch with her medicine open, they went behind us to check the room and take pictures, at the time yo leave the hotel and give the keys back this same person very uneducated, asked me to go back with him upstairs to chck on the room and acused us to eat in the room and leave a wall dirty and one towel dirty, and that now I had to pay for him to get wall painted, all this arguing when i was getting late to get to the airport, which he did not care at all , because was getting late for me and I was not inva mood to get in a fight and call the police, I paid him to get his wall taking care. Very disappointing stay, I eoul not recommend thus hotel to my worst enemy
