The breakfast menu was perfect, everything that you would or could need for breakfast. The staff were very helpful with tips on where to eat and also get the best gelato. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to any other travelers!!!

The hotel was quiet and in a residential neighborhood but 10 min walk to metro. Room was small but very comfortable. The rooftop patio was beautiful. Breakfast was good. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Very peaceful property in the park, close to Villa Borghese. Great breakfast and amazing stuff. Very clean as well. The area around has cute local restaurants. Highly recommended.

Our accommodations were just what we were hoping for. The hotel was (very) quiet and clean. The hotel staff were friendly and courteous at all times. From check-in, to check-out they were very helpful in answering any and all of our questions. Breakfast was nice break from the traditional American 'Continental Breakfast'. If plans take us back to Rome....we will definitely be staying at Hotel Delle Civette again

Great staff

The hotel is in a quiet area of Rome which suited us but might not suit everyone . It’s a nice spot . Most importantly the staff were superb and sorted a problem I was having with the reservation due to a change in circumstances.

It was our first time in Italy and we could not fault the hotel whatsoever! The room was beautiful and large, the views were stunning, the facilities were on point and the breakfast/bar area was spot on. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, as it was our first time in Italy we were a little bit nervous about not knowing the area we were in but they were so courteous and attentive! We loved this place and when we visit this beautiful country again, I have no doubt that we would stay here. Thank you to all the staff. Ciao. X

Fantastic stay at the Hotel Delle Civette. Staff were professional, polite, helpful and friendly. Roof terrace is fantastic for relaxed evenings watching the sun set and enjoying the piano music. Rooms are spotlessly clean and have everything you could need. Hotel does an excellent breakfast and evening snacks are available on the roof terrace. If you fancy something more substantial La Limonaia is only a short walk away. Bologna metro station is less than 10 mins walk from the hotel and gets you into Roma Termini within a very short time or the number 62 bus stops just down the road from the hotel and will get you into the city centre. If you book through Expedia just double check the city tax rate….current rate on hotel website is €6 pppn.

A handicapped bathroom whose pipes absolutely reeked. Not a single bottle of water without paying. Not a single biscuit in the room, but there were tea bags. The bar was a cafeteria!! A very strange place, albeit staff were all young and charming. The plates actually said Senior Living …. Which gives you a strong clue to what the place a few Months before

A very nice hotel , located right by the villa Torlonia ( a very stunning park to walk around) the area feels generally safe and the hotel is secure and gated. On arrival we was greeted by a lovely reception lady who was very helpful and prepared us for our stay ahead and explained everything we needed to know. The rooms were lovely , double room nice and spacious , beds were very comfy , 2 big large wardrobes a safe , mini bar , hair dryer etc the staff were helpful and cleaned rooms to high standard each day Breakfast was nice on the 4th floor which has a terrrace overlooking the park which is stunning - the breakfast selection was good a classics continental breakie - toast, crossiants, hams , cheeses , bread , variety of cake selections, fresh fruit , juices , hot drinks, the staff were also very lovely and greeted us each morning. The hotel is near public transport metro line Bologna which is roughly 5 min walk which takes you to where main sites are. We used the hop on // hop off buses which it takes around 20mins to walk to Termini Station walk through to the other side where you will find stop 1 for this service. If you like walking most sites from the hotel are 40 mins . Overall we had a very pleasant stay here and all the staff were welcoming and friendly- not sure why there’s negative reviews nothing but positives from us so thank you hotel d’elle civette
