From the reservation to the checkout and transferred the staff (Pierpaolo) was so extremely helpful and we could not ask for more. I recommend to anyone traveling to Rome to utilize the fine establishment.

The room was beautiful. Well cared for and the housekeeping was prompt every morning. Being from the US i didn’t realize i needed an adapter for my phone chargers and hair utensils it would have been nice to had a message to know i needed it but right down the street there was a phone store and they were very nice helping us. It all worked out great!
