We only stayed one night before our flight home. We were upgraded to a room suite on the 6th floor which had its own walk in wardrobe and own outdoor courtyard which was so lovely. Great service from the front desk. Location is fantastic and very central for Rome - 5 min walk to the trevi fountain! We also were able to walk home from the colusseum which took us 20mins. The lifts are very small, only fit 2 people with suitcases but that seems normal for older buildings in the city. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety however there was really nothing for gluten free diets and they give you processed food out of a packet which was not appetising at all (chocolate cookies, crackers) packet food - would of liked to see some proper prepared food gluten free options. Overall we definitely enjoyed our stay and found the hotel charming and comfortable.
