Perfectly situated for exploring Rome - just 9 minutes walk from Termini Station and within walking distance to the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. Our room was updated and stylish and were were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

I recently stayed at Firenze Boutique Rooms in Rome and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to all the major sights, yet the rooms are incredibly quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the city. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated with modern touches, while still feeling comfortable and welcoming

Room was beautiful. Area was busy, street cleaning at night, 2 am, every night. Only problem was communication about how to get into building and how to find room. Noone on site to help. Luckily we ran into a couple staying there that helped us get in and told us where to go. The room was perfect.

This is a wonderful property which was within walking distance off all the major tourist sites. Short walk from the main railway station which for arrival and departure from the airport was a god send. The metro is also very close so your ability to travel around the city, for example getting to the Vatican was again a very short walk away. Overall we couldn’t have been happier with the accommodation and we would highly recommend it.

Riccardo is extremely helpful. Room is nicely decorated. The only let down is the housekeeping. They didn't refill the coffee capsules and one day didn't clean our cups.

The rooms are clean and the building is secure. Ricardo is very attentive and accommodating. His response time is rapid and timely. He has a great knowledge of the area for restaurants and other services you may need, like laundry. Overall a really nice place to stay without all the hustle and bustle of a big hotel. I would absolutely stay here again if I come back to Rome.

Firstly the room was immaculately clean, and had everything we needed for our short stay, it was perfectly situated and easy to walk to from the train station, and was close to many great restaurants etc. Many of the sights of Rome where easily walkable from the apartment. Riccardo our host was most helpful from the monent of booking until we checked out. Check-in was a breeze as was our check out. I highly recommend the apartments.

Great little place, super convenient for many sites at an affordable price. Love the ability to get in and out of the property without a key. The host responded extremely quickly to questions, was available all the time and sent checks throughout the day. Place was immaculately clean and stayed cool all the time- very necessary for Rome in July. The place is very quiet and the area felt very safe. The reasons I may consider a different property next time: - I am quite sensitive to light and I found at 6:15 (see photo), a lot of light came in and woke me up. I did not mind so much this trip, as I was getting up early and not going to bed late. I asked the host, but the slats on the shutters could not be closed further. Next time- I would bring an eye mask. - check out is pretty strict at 11am. Not a problem, but to leave luggage, you leave it in the lobby area unattended. Although there are cameras, if something goes missing, there is not a lot that can be done so I found I had to carry around my valuables on the last day (not a huge issue as I only had a couple of hours, but would have annoyed me for the whole day) - as someone with long, thick hair, I do not need to wash it everyday, so the overhead shower was not that great for me. There is a stick one also, although this was at a funny angle and the button would often pop out and the overhead shower would come on, soaking my hair. Again, not a huge issue (in fairness they provided shower caps).
