We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely fantastic—very convenient and close to everything we wanted to see and do. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and made it easy to explore the area. The great location was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Beautiful and very quiet hotel even with it being so close to Piazza Navona. They also helped arranged a car from the airport. The staff was friendly and very thoughtful. The breakfast was really well done and the roof top bar was amazing views. Even though the bathroom was arranged with little room I would stay here again.

The location was perfect. This hotel was not only beautiful, clean and rooms felt like they had history But I really liked that the hotel was close to everything. We didn’t have a chance to visit the rooftop bar but multiple guest told me that it was amazing.

The central location of the hotel made it easy to schedule and procure transportation services to various sites throughout Rome. The staff was excellent and very knowledgeable, friendly. The breakfast menu was terrific with different food options. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is actually part of the Palazzo Pamphilj - actually forming the perimeter of the Palazzo Navona. So perfect location for all of Rome’s main attractions. The rooms are well equipped - and stylishly ‘old’ in keeping with the local cultural themes. The mural ceilings in our suite were over 400 years old. The bed was comfortable and linen replaced regularly at least daily sometimes more. Breakfast was typical - comprehensive and very relaxed - with opportunity to sit outside and view over the Palazzo. Above all - the hotel staff and concierge were brilliant- very helpful and friendly - good restaurant recommendations and local tips. This is a very good hotel in the heart of Rome.

This hotel was amazing! Great customer service, the desk helped with everything. It was also within walking distance from most of the major attractions. The room was very spacious for 3 adults and very comfy. There is nothing negative to say!!

Overall, our stay was very enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the Wi-Fi worked reliably. Breakfast was excellent, with a large variety of high-quality options served in a beautifully decorated setting. The fabulous décor made the experience feel especially elegant. Unfortunately, one night the air conditioning stopped working and there was no running water until the following morning. The room became very uncomfortable, and I was barely able to sleep. When I went to the front desk, the staff member told me there might have been a general power outage or an issue affecting the building, although he was not certain. By the time I returned to the room, both the water and air conditioning had unexpectedly resumed working. Although this incident significantly affected one night of our stay, everything else about the property and our experience was excellent.

The staff was amazing! Food was excellent at the rooftop bar and the views up there at sunset are stunning. Be sure to get a reservation for the bar as it's not really walk in optional. The only disappointment was the photos shown on the Expedia website were not the room we reserved. In fact, it showed a sitting area and larger suite which was actually one of the biggest suites. Better to book and then call and confirm with the hotel what you booked.

Just returned from the most fabulous hotel my wife and I could have dreamt about staying at. The hotel is grand. The building has history (as does everywhere you look in Rome). Our room was perfect. No view, but it was large, cool and the bathroom was all we could have wished for. We ate at the restaurant on the fourth floor. Great, reasonably priced food with a lovely view of the Piazza. However, on the fifth floor is a rooftop bar. Wow! It is magnificent! The 360 degree view over Rome is stunning. Drink and food selection is extensive. Front of house staff and all staff actually, from the porters to the cleaners were wonderful. Extremely friendly and charming. We were fortunate to be invited to be invited to a (free) tour of the hotel and Piazza. A truly breathtaking experience. Location wise, the hotel is perfect. Although it was a tough walk in the August heat, The Vatican and The Colosseum were around 30 minutes away. The Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps could all be visited in around 30 minutes round trip. Cracking hotel.
