It has air conditioning active from June to September 21, ultra-fast fiber Wi-Fi. Ideal for a couple, a family with a child and for digital nomads.
The studio is spread over a single large space of 38 square meters consisting of a living area with kitchenette, sleeping area and bathroom.
The living area consists of a sofa bed and kitchenette furnished with an equipped wall and a peninsula, equipped with basic kitchen utensils, electric induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, coffee pod machine and kettle.
The sleeping area consists of a comfortable double bed, lamps, a wardrobe, a 32-inch smart TV and a crib for babies on request.
The bathroom consists of a sink, shower and bidet.
The house is characterized by a large terrace reserved exclusively for guests.
