Great location, just down from main termini train station. Can't rave enough about the staff. We annoyingly left something in the room and were passing through Rome on way home. Staff were super helpful making sure we got our belongings back. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

It was a good property close to Rome terminal. Very convenient and clean with lovely staff. The only thing I didn’t like was the smell. The smell sometimes was not tolerable.

Good location, close to the Termini train station and quick access to the airport. The front desk only seemed to be manned from around 0900-1400 so was self-checkin which worked fine. Communicated through WhatsApp and questions were responded to quickly. Not a "luxury room" though. Basic furnishings. Bed was some sort of memory foam and not all that comfortable. Little balcony with chairs and table was nice.

Says they are working 10a-8p but they emailed that their hours are only until 2pm. The building is super sketchy. Basically a hostel. You get a private bathroom but don’t plan on showering since there isn’t any hot water

The room was perfect, and the location is right by Roma Termini making it ideal to travel to. Walking distance to all the major sights and a quick bus or taxi to the Vatican. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, just make sure you have WhatsApp installed to chat with them! 10/10 experience and will stay here again if we come back to Rome.

The room I stay has a nice balcony overlooking the street. The property owner is friendly and arrangement of checking in and checking out is hassle free. Within 10 minutes walk from Termini Roma, great location with walking distance to attractions, restaurant and cafe.
