Perfectly positioned and extremely, safe, comfortable, clean and very friendly and accomodating hotel. We found it a bit hard to find as the entrance is not boldly signposted and is overshadowed by the busy-ness of all the restaurants etc around the piazza, but once inside, we felt welcome. The view from our window of the Pantheon was second to none, and the air conditioning was welcome given the heat even during early autumn. The elevator is a bit rickety, but that was also part of the charm of this hotel situated in an old building.

The property is in an amazing location. We stayed in a suite overlooking the Pantheon, which has one of the best views in Rome. The staff are friendly and very helpful. My only complaint on this property is the price. Although you are paying for the view, the price is a bit steep for a room that small.

The hotel is an ancient hotel (one of the oldest in the city), it is upgraded however it is not for people with any mobility issues. They have one very tiny slow elevator, and there is a lot of steps with no ramps. The staff are amazing and the location is outstanding (right in front of the Pantheon). Note: there is no vehicle access to the front door of the hotel as it is in a piazza.

Everyone was FANTASTIC!! So welcoming and friendly! Our room was a dream! Directly in front of the pantheon! Breathtaking views!!! And with that said the location is unrivaled!
