I had a noise issue in my first room (not at all the fault of the hotel) and I was exceptionally pleased with the professionalism, attentive customer service, and absolutely kind attitude shown by Kash when i brought the issue to his attention. He immediately made arrangements to secure me another room (same style/layout and on the same floor) and he had me moved into my new room in under 10 minutes. It's rare to find this...
