"Our 4th time there in the past two months and we haven’t been disappointed yet. Property is clean, well maintained, and well laid out. We have had the same lady check us in the past 3 times and has always been a good start to our stay. I forget her name, but shoutout to her. Half price pasta Monday cannot be beat. Pool facilities are top notch. Little bit of a walk into town, but we prefer this as the property is more laid back and less chaotic than being right downtown. We are platinum members at Fairmont, and our experience here rivals that of those much more expensive properties. "

"I love Chateau Lake Louise, but please bring back the sledding hill somewhere some how! Trading in childhood joy to build a spa that costs 1000.00 dollars a day for a family of 4 just seems sacrilege. Fairmont is iconic and there is no place like it. I have high standards for the place and it often meets it!"
