"We stayed for 1 night. As a Marriott Gold Member & having booked through Hotels.com, we had no expectations of any benefits being honored. However, We were surprised to know we were upgraded to a corner city view room, Room 220. It was nice for what it was. Room clean, staff nice, breakfast adequate. Only cons: no pool, not the best coffee, and bathroom door is glass so it wakes people up when light is on. Other than that, had a great experience at Springhill High Point, and recommend to all traveling in the area!"

"Bed linens really fresh and luxurious. The space was spotless, uncluttered and serene. The grounds were well maintained, yet we felt we were in a rustic place. We walked the paths through the woods. The cabins are spaced so they are barely visible to one another...blessedly private! Only one minor suggestion: a larger, wall-hung mirror in bathroom."

"I was able to get checked in smoothly even with the hotel experiencing issues from a recent storm. My room was clean, but I did find trash and food particles when I opened the pull out sofa for my children to sleep. The bathroom was clean. The pool was very cold and looked cloudy. I went to the breakfast area around 9am and most of the hot food was gone."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only thing we didn't understand was why the breakfast ended at 9:00 on Saturday and Sunday. That was a little strange compared to other places."
