"Loved the Crowne Plaza at Queenstown. Check in was easy and the staff were lovely. I’d mentioned in the bookings that we were staying for my mums 70th birthday and waiting in the room was a birthday dessert treat for her. It was a lovely little surprise. We had a lake view room - amazing view, great size room with two queen beds. Everything was clean and well maintained. Great location - central to everything. Walking distance to all shops etc. The wharf directly opposite had great dining options. Parking was easy, its valet so just pull up at the front of the hotel and they’ll take care of it (the hill up the side of the hotel is quite steep so valet was much easier). It is $38 a night but I was lucky to win a free night of parking as part of a promotion. Once we called for the car, it generally only took 5mins for the car to be ready. Would definitely stay here next time I’m in Queenstown! "

"We were here in March as part of my husband’s 60th. And QT was fab! We had such a great stay. They had a lovely bottle of Prosecco waiting for us. And every evening we’d personally get deliver lovely snacks. I’d stay there again! "

"Disgrateful. Shocking very small room. Giving the age of the kids n getting bunk beds for 17 n 13 year old. No windows to open. No face towels. Very noisy. Lot appetite of eating by looking at the condition of the room. "

"Another visit at Rendezvous staff member on check in could have been a bit more welcoming. Meal in restaurant was disappointing, but the staff were very accommodating in resolving issue. Room and facilities excellent as usual, bed very comfortable."

"The layout of hotel a bit of a maze and finding it at night difficult. Roads unsigned and hotel sign at night difficult to see. Ground floor labelled 4. Room was on 4 but not same 4 as entry.- several lifts away. No porter to show your room for first time. "

"No help with our luggage. Travelled with my 88 and 83 year old parents. And it is NOT for them. And not for me too. aside from walking up we had to walk further up for the rooms. I expected more."
