"Hotel was easy to communicate with and check in and check out were efficient. Most front desk staff were very attentive and polite with one exception. Cleaning staff were wonderful and accomodaring. Just outside my wondow was a jackhammer that started at 7 AM and went all day. That, however is not the hotel's fault and hopefully that will be over soon. "

Last thing the giving room not the same booked room through expedia web site and when I rise up my complaint, I received very un professional feedback as well. It seems once payment done no longer your voice will reach out anyone."
