I liked the staff who were very friendly and helpful. What i didn't like was that not many restaurants are there around the location. Its remote and a but isolated.

Very clean, amazing staff, comfortable hotel for kids. Took connected rooms and it was really perfect for us. We were 3 adults and 2 kids so we had an extra bed in one of the rooms and an extra baby bed in the other room and it was very spacious

There was construction and they moved me to another room.. the towels were dirty with hair on them.. worst experience ever.. horrible hotel..

The hotel was clean and pleasant and the staff were friendly. I am frustrated by the lack of masks worn by staff during the pandemic. It's a law In Saudi and despite me asking a few times, staff just didn't wear their masks properly (including the chef!). This is frustrating as we are not choosing to put ourselves at risk but need to be in Riyadh to access the embassies. It would be good if the staff could respect the laws and mitigate our (and their own) risk.

You are absolutely correct about the importance of wearing masks correctly and I apologize that you saw some of our team not adhering to the protocol. Adherence to the protocol is the requirement at the very minimum.
Rest assured that proper mask wearing and hygiene standards are being reinforced on a daily basis and we continue to reinforce the procedures on a daily basis.

مطفين الاستقبال سيئين وصلنا ١٢ في الفجر ولم يتم تسليم الغرفه الا في وقت متاخر من المفترض ان الغرفه ل ٤ اشخاص ولا يوجد الا سرير واحد الموظف قال راح نجيب لك سرير وجابه لنا بعد ٣ ساعات
