Lee at the front desk was so helpful and never lost her patience. We were there during national history week and I know the hotel was booked. She was so patient with everyone and extremely kind and made our stay very pleasant. The kids love the pool and the workout room, it was a little noisy, but we were in a room right off the main lobby so that’s not unexpected

Great staff and check in/out services. Nice property with ballrooms and two different towers, however the downside to that is the noise from the event goers. The noise highlights the uncomfortableness of the hard beds making for an unfortunate mediocre stay.

First room smelled like a sweaty gym. Second room had what looked to be black mold in the bathroom. We left at that point. The guy at the front desk was very nice and reasonable. I’ve never asked for another room, let alone just leave the hotel entirely. The lobby also had a weed smell.
