"The room wasn't what I expected. I've stayed at the hotel 3 times before. This time I booked online and the service wasn't as welcoming. Tha room felt like a SAMPLE. Noisy renevations, dusty vent, no clock, moth eaten drapes, dirty shower head, additional cost for parking, which wasn't mentioned on their website, restaurant closed."

"Staff was AWESOME. Room was very clean, property is very well maintained. It was quiet as compared to the hustle and hustle of being in the strip in OC. LOVED being on the little creek, beautiful spot, nice chairs, fire pits. Great playground area ! Pool was very clean. Will definitely stay there again, next time maybe rent a cabin ? They weren't that much more expensive than the room. 10/10"

"We loved our 1st floor Oceanfront Queen suite (room 109), however, getting TO the room was a chore. If you have anyone in your party who can not walk LONG distances, this room is NOT for you. You have to take the elevator up one floor, go down a long hallway and around 2 corners to another elevator. Take that elevator back down to the 1st floor and around several corners to arrive at the room. It was beautiful and updated. We loved that the bedroom had a door for privacy from the sitting area but all that walking was a bit much for our 75 yr old mom. Thank God for my sons who helped us with luggage! "
