Having made a reservation through Expedia and having received emailed confirmations, on my arrival at Grand Hotel, the staff had not the foggiest idea I was coming. But it was a good room and we liked the queen sized beds. Restaurants close early on Sunday night so get in early enough to eat at 7."

We hung up our towels to reuse; but housekeeping took them away, and didn't replace them. We had 1 towel between us the day we left. Also, no coffee plunger in the room...just instant coffee:("
