"Upon check in at this property, there were signs of a cockroach infestation and a live cockroach was seen in the kitchen. The apartment also was not clean. I chose not to stay at the property due to concerns over safety and cleanliness and the "owner" Jasmine only refunded a portion of the rental fee. Through some Google searching, I was able to find the property management company in charge of the apartment complex where this property is located (FPI Management). I spoke with a representative...
