When we got there at 8pm our room was not ready because they were overbooked. We upgraded for an extra $100 and something dollars.
In our room dresser we found a pair of dirty, crusty women’s underwear. The cushions to their plastic couch kept sliding off the couch when you sat on it. They did not have any complimentary water whatsoever.
