"Some of the staff was very helpful and some were a bit annoyed at questions and had no idea what you were asking about if you had questions. According to the website, they would serve breakfast till 10:00 AM. When one of us went to check they stopped an hour earlier. The first night, room service did not come in and clean, after we talked with them about it, they did it after that. The swimming pool was outdoors and did not look that clean so we decided against it. The gym room was too hot when my brother went to exercise. They said they sold laundry pods but when my dad asked, the staff said they did not and had no idea what he was talking about. They did have a laundry room but one of their machines was broken so we had to drive into a different part of town to a laundromat. Other than that, the suite was nice. "

The only complaint we had about the hotel is: The walls/ceilings/floors are rather thin, so unfortunately you can hear a lot from your surroundings. Note: This was not a deal breaker for us, so I still give the hotel an overall 5 star rating for price, location, amenities, service, etc…"
