"No room cleaning on daily basis until check out which means that the towels are the same. No toiletries given, toothbrush and toothpaste. General liquid for soap and shampoo. The jug given is dirty, unwashed. No fridge to store food. No view because the front is another building with workers who live without drawing the curtain. The bed is comfortable and can sleep peacefully at night. The water, air conditioner and wifi is good."

Also a small insect on bed sheet.And also, there is small ants on the wall and table. Room is spacious with window for superior type.The toilet layout is strange that need 3 steps on it.Poor sound proof. Wont be return if have a choice."

They advertised a private plunge pool for each room, they was not only no. Plunge pool but not even a bath. They advertised a kitchen, yet they stove was not working, which meant we couldn't cook all the food we'd brought with us. We were very upset and highly disappointed. "It was a pretty decent hotel, comfortable and big room. The walls were thick but there was some very noisy guests, but that's not the hotel's fault. However, the location was not very convenient, there's a big highway right in front of it and the only way to cross was a walkway that was about 500m from the hotel. Also, not a whole lot to see in the surrounding area."

"Please request for a room near the lobby so that you wont need to call for a buggy service. My friend has waited for quite some time(Sometimes more than 30mins) for the buggy service to arrive. I stayed near to the lobby so I can walk to the restaurant and the lobby area easily. Need to get more English speaking staff there. The restaurants food are great. My boys enjoy the Dino park and the Splash. But the water in the splash is very cold. Hope they can do something about it. Almost every kids there shiver when they walk around "
