"No lift,only staircase.Inconvinien for old folk or with heavy luggage if you stay lvl 3.
1st glance of room looks ok. But later found small cockroach in the room. Also a small insect on bed sheet.And also, there is small ants on the wall and table. Room is spacious with window for superior type.The toilet layout is strange that need 3 steps on it.Poor sound proof. Wont be return if have a choice."

"It was a pretty decent hotel, comfortable and big room. The walls were thick but there was some very noisy guests, but that's not the hotel's fault. However, the location was not very convenient, there's a big highway right in front of it and the only way to cross was a walkway that was about 500m from the hotel. Also, not a whole lot to see in the surrounding area."

"Property was decent but bring bug spray windows stay open so there are mosquitoes and a couple roaches evey once in awhile but very good location next to evo mall plenty dining options only 20 minutes from kuala lumpur and several malls close by ioi mall was favorite isebelle restaurant great food amazing lasagna 24 hour security good place to stay for extended visits. "Clean, roomy, great services. Right smack in Bukit Bintang and across from Pavilion Mall is a huge plus. Very convenient. We didn't pay for the breakfast buffet (Capitol Cafe near by got many breakfast options, cheaper than the buffet cost). Elevator delays sometime created headaches (which is odd, there are six available...). Overall, no issues for our 3 night stay. "
