"Wonderful iconic hotel with delightful service. The dinner on the terrace with entertainment is not to be missed. The gym is the worst I’ve ever seen in over 1,000 hotel stays: the one machine was broken all four days and it probably has been and will be. There are five dumbbells, two sets and an orphan. I know it’s Rimini, but for any hotel, let alone The Grand, this is unacceptable."

"Arrived before 2pm and our room was ready. Staff are polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy, towels changed every day if you want them to be. We had a sea view room with shutters on the windows. Road isn’t loud, peaceful nights sleep. Shower room Is big clean and nice. Plenty of mirrors and that’s usual for hotel rooms. Aircon in the room. "Hotel Berenice is a humble three star hotel but there’s nothing humble about the quality of service, the hospitality, the cleanliness and the kindness of Isabella and her staff. I’d highly recommend it to anyone traveling on a budget. "
