"When we arrived, the room wasn't clean, but we were immediately assigned another one; in the new room, the tv and the lamps didn't work, but again, everything was quickly resolved. Breakfast ends at 8:00 AM-which seems very early to me, though it was fine- and the coffee and waffles were especially good. My boys enjoyed it. We got up earlier and made the most of the day. The staff was definitely very friendly, which gives us the confidence to return."

There was only 1 other person in front of us. -I had called previously to verify the pet policy and the security deposit, but was not able to get ahold of anyone. -He claimed that he was unable to view my information in the system and made me repeat all my information.
