"0/10 do NOT recommend—avoid this place. Hallways and elevator reeked of cigarette and weed smoke. Did not receive any housekeeping (fresh towels, trash removal, beds made) over the entire 5-day stay. There are NO amenities. The “breakfast included” consisted of dry cereal and mini muffins that were gone by 8AM. The gate to the pool area was broken. The hot water in our room went on and off. The floors in the room felt unclean barefoot, the curtains were broken/couldn’t fully close, the closet doors were broken and no hangers were functional. Most alarmingly, one morning there was a person sleeping on the floor in the “ice machine” area (there was not actually an ice machine) on the second floor. Staff didn’t seem concerned by any of this. The whole vibe of the place felt off. "
