"No plates that would hold waffles. Only two small round tables in what they call a breakfast area. There was large tv but you get to watch the security cameras. The was room clean but smelled like second hand smoke. The was updated kind of nice. The TV in the room sub standard. Some the audio would be there some the channels. "

"I woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and was startled to see a cockroach. I really can't understand why a place like the Hilton would use a hotel like this."

"This “non-smoking” room wrecked of smoke. The bedding had poorly stitched holes and multiple burn marks left unpatched. One of the two beds had fitted sheets the other did not. When I spoke to the staff about the smell they simply said “No, this is a smoke free room”. "

"first room smelled like smoke. Given a second room: 2 queens instead of 1 king. hair dryer and tv did not work. many outlets were out. Very raucous dodgy patrons. Loud freeway noise. We left early, and now have to get our refund from a third part. Inconvenient, "

"Hair in the bathroom, elevator was not working , remote and tv was not working , werids smell in room. The room was fairly clean, and there were no bugs "

"I tend to stick with places on Expedia that are above 8 stars. I have no idea how this hotel is above the 8. Check in was fine. The staff Friday evening were pleasant enough. Our room however was pretty bad. 1st it smelled of old cigarettes and mold. 2nd, the couch and chair were so visibly stained that we avoided even putting anything on them. Like, a red chair with white splotchy stains. Absolutely disgusting. 3rd, the bathroom is tiny and water sprayed everywhere from the spout when the shower was on. 4th, we opened the microwave to heat up dinner and there was old grease from what appeared to be cooked bacon caked all in it and it smelled atrocious. We were so exhausted Friday evening, we sucked it up and went to bed. The bed seemed clean and was actually comfortable. Saturday morning I presented concerns to the desk about the smell of stale smoke and asked if we could change rooms. She was very nice, but said in order to do that we had to pack everything up, take it with us and then come back around noon. This was like 7am. I wasn't going to load my car back up and then unload it again so I simply asked if they could clean the room and change the shower curtain bc we quickly realized that the smell was stronger in the bathroom and it was partly from that. She agreed and wrote it down and offered to have them spray in there too, which I declined. When we made it back around 10pm, nothing had been addressed. We went to bed and left asap Sunday. Never again!"

"bathroom was super dirty i had to go get my own cleaning supplies to clean & i also found a bug on one of my beds"
