"First of all it is wrongly advertised in your website. It say there is free wifi, but not in the rooms. The only available WiFi is in the common areas downstairs. This makes it difficult if you want to work remotely without distractions from reception and other clients.
Higyene was poor. Broken tiles on floor. Paid for breakfast, but did not receive the full complimentary buffet for all the days I have stayed. "

The best part was the outstanding breakfast and dinner! Service was outstanding and bilingual. Clearly very significant funds were spent to build this spa hotel and I can see value in the nightly price given the superior experience!"
"I loved the property, and old wooden style house. I loved the room and the location.
However, the male manager at check-out treated me like a criminal that would skip out on the bill. Very unprofessional. He took a credit card for room payment, but would only take cash for parking. It made me suspicious of his work."
